We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored:
24 hour advance notice is required
when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for the therapist to reschedule the session for a waiting client. Please call the office or your therapist directly to cancel as opposed to email. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a missed appointment fee. This fee is $50 for One Hour Appointments, and $70 for 90 Min Appointments. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
