Cancellation Policy

Important information to know

Our company is based on the belief that our clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, and we are committed to meeting those needs. Remember when making an appointment, you are committing to a reservation of not only your time but also of your Therapist’s time. We have many clients waiting to be seen by our Practitioners on a daily basis, and each session is of great value. Be respectful and attend the appointments you book.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Once your appointment is scheduled, we will send automated reminders via text or email, one week prior and again one day prior to your scheduled appointment. In our desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored: 

 24 hour advance notice is required
  • A 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the therapist an opportunity to reschedule the session for a waiting client.
  • Call the office or message your therapist directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • You will be required to secure your appointment with a credit card. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice of the need to cancel, or you choose not to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged for the entirety of the scheduled session.
 Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
  • Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.
  • Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.
