Cancellation Policy

Important information to know

Our company is based on the belief that our clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, and we are absolutely committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals. Thank you to our clients who continue to put their trust in our therapists with their health and wellness needs.
We do our best to accommodate new clients and referrals as quickly as possible. Chris and Amy are typically available for new clients either with a same-day appointment or within a few days.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored:

24 hour advance notice is required
A 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the therapist an opportunity to reschedule the session for a waiting client.
Please call the office or your therapist directly to cancel as opposed to email.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a missed appointment fee. This fee is $50 for One Hour Appointments, and $70 for 90 Min Appointments, and this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a no-show
You will be charged for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.
